I love living here. The view is amazing. The layout is nice and open. It's an amazing price for downtown living. Walking distance to all the best attractions in Grand Rapids, not to mention right across from great beer and entertainment at Founders! They are pet friendly and the maintenance staff is very friendly! Love!!
